Mbotyi River Lodge offers  guests comfortable rooms, with a range of sea, lagoon or valley views that enhance the natural ambiance and beauty of this magnificent Wild Coast resort.  We have 48 well appointed, en-suite rooms of which 36 are log cabins and 12 in thatched units that blend in to the natural environment of Pondoland. We have 12 inter leading rooms which families can use.  We also cater for sporting, adventure and conference groups.

Upgraded Rooms;  Our 12 elegantly appointed upgraded rooms offer air conditioning, TV’s and fridges for your extra convenience.  The rate varies from low, to mid, and peak season,  starting from R795 p.p. sharing D B&B, to R1,220 p.p. sharing Full Board for the peak season.

Standard Sea Facing Rooms;   The rooms are comfortable and have fantastic  views,  of beach, river and Indian ocean.  Rates also vary for the different seasons, offering Dinner, Bed and Breakfast out of season and full board during the mid and peak seasons.  Starting from R655 p.p. sharing to R1,080 p.p. sharing during peak season.

Standard Lagoon Facing Rooms;   Equally as comfortable as the others,  views  from these rooms are of  beautiful, wide lagoon, the forested hills and  Mbotyi  River.  Rates start at R620 p.p. sharing, D B&B  to R860 p.p. full board at peak season.

Thatched  Rooms;  Comfortable and spacious, these rustic rooms are very spacious with sunny patios from where to soak up the peace and tranquility of Mbotyi.  The rate and views are as for the lagoon facing standard rooms.

All rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities, a ceiling fan and a safe for your valuables.   Each room has a private balcony or patio from which to enjoy the splendid views.
